I purchased this bag realizing that most people probably use it to transport contraband, but hoping that it might also work to transport stinky gym clothes and towels. Fail. The bag did a decent job of retaining the stink, but was not strong enough to actually function as a gym bag. The shoulder strap snapped off after less than 2 weeks of use. I think I was carrying a wet towel, dopp kit, flip flops, and a mostly-full water bottle at the time - a normal load for a real gym bag. On the bright side, I was able to return the bag for a full refund.In sum, if you're looking for a bag to conceal the odor of not-heavy contents, this will work. If you're looking for a gym bag to conceal the odor of the normal stuff you put in a gym bag, keep looking.It was defective, the zipper was broken.
