I have ordered several of the Air Bags to ship computers for my company. The last two order came with free air pumps but both were useless, luckily I have one from a previous order which works fine. The pump may be free but it still need to work or the bags are useless.Easy to use!Good productThese are so close to being just amazing. They protect the large flat top and bottom of the laptop great, as well as the two short side edges. The only problem is the long edges aren't really protected if its a thin laptop. MacBook Air's will pass between the two edge inflated tubes and will directly take impact without any protection at all.I still use them with a little extra padding, but it's unfortunate that it needs it. It's also a really hard to notice issue. I packed up two laptops without noticing and only handling the third did I realize the issue. Luckily I didn't ship them that way.The rest of the product is great, it holds air, and doesn't seem to leak. It seems like really good protection (except the above issue). I'll keep using these and most likely buy more, but really wish it didn't have this one problem. If it was a thicker laptop it most likely wouldn't be an issue.
